A Very Non-Eventful November Favourites

Hello lovelies,

November has been a rather strange month for me. Work has been extremely up and down, in result of that, my blog has suffered. I’ve not bought or done much at all, so really I’ve had nothing to talk to you all about. Anything I earned was spent on those oh so expensive driving lessons and minimum socialising.

Regarding blog posts that I could write about makeup I already have.. I’m struggling with my skin BIG time and it’s really made me feel very down about my appearance which can be hard when being a beauty blogger.  I’ve also changed what pill I’m on [something that rarely gets talked about, but if you’re having trouble with your skin and you’re taking contraceptive pills, talk to your Dr.] AND I’m on antibiotics. All this also means that I’ve been avoiding makeup like the plague, so, writing about makeup etc, I feel, would be slightly hypocritical.

Now, I know I make a lot of excuses, but I’m hoping things will improve and I’ll be able to start posting on a more regular basis.

So without further a due, I’m going to share with you a few little things I’ve been loving this month, mostly not beauty related..

-BarryM Gelly HiShine Nail Paint 'Blood Orange':I'm absolutely obsessed with this nail polish, I've had it for a good couple of years and only just rediscovered it. It has been the only thing on my nails this month and just as the name says, it really is "HiShine" and therefor I don't have to use a top coat -which is perfect for us lazy girls.

- Justin Bieber 'Purpose': I love love love his new album, I'm completely hooked. My favourite songs would have to be 'Love Yourself' & 'What Do You Mean-Acoustic'.

-Low Carb Lasagna: MarissaLace featured it in a vlog and thought it looked so good I simply had to give it a go! Click here to see the recipe.

-PG Tips: I'm normally more a herbal tea kinda girl, but this month, all I've been drinking is tea, a proper cup of english tea and I'm bloody obsessed.

Sadly, that's it a very non-eventful November Favourites!

What have you been up to this month? What have you been loving?

  1. Great faves hon, wouldn't call them non-eventful at all! :)
Awww hon, hope your skin is better soon, sweetie. I understand the struggle. Mine started to break out badly out of nowhere in the last 2 weeks or so, sooooo annoying. I definitely understand how you feel about reviewing makeup and stuff, but you write about what you want to write about, honey.
    Keep that beautiful chin up!!
    Much love your way,

    1. I love makeup but sometimes my love sways towards other things like fitness or food, really depends on what mindset I'm in! Thank you for such a kind comment
